前幾個月去別家中華電信門市換手機時，一樣是4G轉5G，服務人員就有幫我們更換新的SIM 卡。所以不同門市換新手機的SOP 不同是嗎？？
換手機那麼多次第一次遇到這種情況
我真的不太懂耶~
On Saturday night, 12/18, I went with my family to change mobile phones. As a result, the original service staff served us halfway to serve other customers (so customers have different levels, right ^^). It feels terrible!
After waiting for the data transmission for almost an hour (I can understand the more data), I found out that there was no SIM card in the new phone after I took it back! Do you want me to install it myself? What am I going to do at the store?

A few months ago, when we went to another Chunghwa Telecom store to change our mobile phone, it was the same from 4G to 5G, and the service staff helped us to replace the new SIM card. So are the SOPs for new phones in different stores different? ?
I have encountered this situation for the first time after changing my phone so many times
I don't really understand~
