還沒買手機之前超殷勤的左一聲大哥右一聲老闆的,買完I 13後服務好像終止了電話也不接,請遠傳客服告知回電也不打

裡面一位馬姓服務人員讓我徹底對門市人員改觀,不只能耐心的聽懂我的需要,還能幫我用最適合的方式申辦,最重要的是產品售出後居然還會來電關心使用狀況,雖然門口是公車站及紅線,不過一張紅單能換來如此的服務很值得,強推~~~~~

服務態度非常好,以前我在桃園的一個加盟店有很不好的經驗,但是這一家的服務真的是沒得挑剔。

繳個費用,帳單也自行在店內列印出來了,三個櫃台有四位服務人員處理三位客人。只是繳費而已,還建議我去7-11?貴店內印出來的單子能去隔壁的7-11繳嗎?等了我十幾分鍾,簡單的作業固然有規定的流程,難道人不能活一點嗎?這樣的服務我給20分都覺得高了。
