醫生功力很好,對症下藥,最大的缺點就是掛號機制太差,等一小時是家常便飯,然後有些病患很愛跟醫生閒聊⋯以至於時間等候又要拖更久⋯

掛號制度真的很有問題,原本掛43號,櫃臺說再等六個,過了20分鐘,進出幾位了,再去問,櫃臺回覆再等五個,每次看診幾乎都要等上一小時以上。

我覺得再好的醫術,放在毫無服務意識而傲慢的行政系統中,帶給病患的也只剩痛苦。 首先說明,梁醫生是優秀的醫師,但前台掛號系統如何能合情合理,櫃檯人員說明不清也從不檢討自己問題的態度,都需要反思並與時俱進。在此留言,是希望我喜歡的梁醫生能看見並正視問題。 預約掛號:10分鐘保留,遲到便直接取消,不可順延或過號候補,原則ok!但事實上,預約掛號者到現場也無法準時看到診。因為診所會穿插臨時掛號病人,若非當日頭3名預約,預約掛號者現場再等一小時以上是常態。如果極度苛求病人準時,不準時就懲罰你從頭排起,診所是否也能嚴以律己,標準一致,讓預約掛號病患亦能準時看到診?建議: 1. 將心比心,體諒預約者從四面八方因病趕來,讓遲到者能在一時段內候補就診。 2. 預約/現場患者已滿時,不再多塞病患。 3. 區分預約看診與現場看診,試著尊重病患的等待時間也是時間,也很寶貴。 現場掛號:亦至少需要等一兩小時以上,那是否改以電話掛號?讓病患能在固定時間段抵達。以免去現場掛完號才知需原地傻等幾小時之苦,或節約掛號跑一趟、看診又再跑一趟的時間浪費。 目前制度之傲慢,在於預約病人需要遵照診所原則,但診所卻不尊重自己所定時間、不以平等心對待病患,寬以待己嚴以律人,完全兩套標準。可以理解病人等醫生被視為理所當然,但若有慈悲心和平等心的診所,必然也能被病患感受到。你友善病患、願意便民,病患必然也樂於尊重接受你的原則規範。 最後,回到前台服務態度。今早腹痛去電求診,貴診所前台沒有耐性說清楚掛號原則、遇到質疑只是對病患嘲諷、大小聲怪罪病患遲到、一副你來看過病就不需要解釋、你要來看梁美鳳就該知道我們家的規矩……絲毫沒有解決問題或協調同理的能力,這樣的態度沒改善前,我是不會再去求醫的。
