★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我爸2月去問合約,然後說差幾天要直接解約換新合約,結果後面前前後後去了好幾次合約沒有弄好,有些錢沒算到,導致今天又去那邊付清上次合約的錢,整整過兩個月才說,然後說不是他們問題,在那邊灰,沒辦好就沒辦好哪裡沒問題了道個歉就好了,態度超級差這樣也敢出來做門市有點扯,整天好心情全部打掉,還好電信業不只有這家後面不會考慮了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度嗯.....，進門也不先招呼一直在做自己的事我就這樣站在旁邊站了五分鐘，口氣也不知道在差幾點好像我欠你錢一樣，很忙的話還是可以說一聲讓我稍等一下或是坐一下，什麼都不說的感覺很差，只是繳個電話費直接壞了我一整天的心情也是蠻厲害的：）
The service attitude is um.... I don't even say hello when I enter the door. I've been doing my own thing. I just stood there for five minutes, and I don't know when it was almost like I owe you money. You can tell me to wait for a while or sit for a while, it feels bad not to say anything, just paying a phone bill directly ruins my mood for the whole day, which is also quite powerful :)
