This hotel has the most attentive and friendly club lounge staff in any Marriott hotel I have ever been to. They would go the extra mile to let you feel you are a valuable customer, such as remembering my name at the second stay, room preference, offering a drink (from a staff next to the one I am talking to, without me asking) while sitting at the desk checking in/out. They may not look experienced because of their relatively young appearance, but their service is definitely the best.

Check in was very efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable, but would be even better if the lights were a bit brighter. My experience with the staff didn't quite meet my expectations of the brand, or live up to the other reviews.

I used to like this hotel a lot. However, maybe due to Covid, most of the staff have been changed. The service level here is way below par as a Sheraton brand. I think it could easily now become a Fourpoints, if not due to the hardware investments the owner has put into. I believe this hotel takes a lot of college students majoring in hospitality. This is great, but I could easily sense the decline in efficiency this hotel has become. I used my Marriott app to check in and set my check in time for 1400. Again, I don’t really mind what room I get if a suite is not available. However, it is now 1537, and I have finally gotten my room after a little over an hour. This hotel used to be my favorite as they really treasure their most loyal customers, now, it doesn’t feel like that any more. I hope Management will be willing to make changes and see what area of improvements could be done. Thank you.

The check in process was incredibly long. Luckily I was able to access the faster lane with my membership status. As for other customers, seem the estimate wait time is one hour or longer. I suggest the hotel provides a better plan in serving customers during peak holiday travels. It is frustrating to pay higher peak hotel rate and unable to access the popular facilities.

A nice hotel well organized and operated particularly during the unprecedented time. The measures taken in place do make the visitors feel comfortable and protected. The staffs are friendly and willing to help all the time as necessary, they make you feel at home. If there is anything to be critiqued, the access / use of the executive lounge which is now only opened to Platinum and above members. This is not an appropriate at this unprecedented period in which most people are constrained for travel due to the COVID. Marriott, unlikely what experienced from the airline, has downgraded the member status…due to less stay. As a result the member benefits are chopped off. This doesn’t make sense at all…given members go above gold elite are loyal to the hotel brand.

We all liked it, especially the kids. The toys inside the room were so much fun. Staff was super nice.

Overated. The check in/out time was longgg, crowded espsecially during pandemic. Not recommended to stay during public holidays as the amenities, facilities are imbalance , insufficient. The study table in the bedroom were stained and sticky. Showers did not run well.

This has been my 6th day in 2022 in Hsinchu Sheraton hence I can share some consistencies. First, throughout the six stays, the kids club there is really a hidden gem to us. My 5 year-old boy has a great passion on visiting the kid club which provides lot more varieties and programmed than other hotels. The staff is absolutely accommodating and make my boy feel like home. The well-kept amenities such as indoor swimming and spa are another plus. Sad to share its downside that it’s hard to upgrade with a spg membership and kids are restricted from entering into the excecutive lounge. And the lady responsible for the bakery corner of the breakfast buffet is always blunt, rude and looking for correcting customers. On one Sunday(1st May 2022) and Duan Wu Festival 30th May 2022) the bakery corner has been closed during the breakfast and no fresh waffles are provided. It’s weird that I have paid the two nights with same amount of breakfast buffet cost but the value is negatively different! This is not supposed to be the 5-star hotel service and B&F. Should be noted that the breakfast means a lot to the hotel if it really means to promote a resort ambience.
