★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在我去過的全家中唯一會把提供消費者使用的消毒酒精放置於櫃檯內增加發現與使用難度的分店，另 當我發現並詢問店員酒精是否可以使用時，店員有拿給我使用 但她當下的表情跟眼神實在讓人不舒服。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3月30號下午3點40分左右跟你說要醇奶茶聽錯給了我紅茶就算了，還要跩跩的說：我就聽到紅茶啊！ 我黑臉的時後才說不然卡片給我換給你，你這店員真的態度一級棒，我之後喝旁邊貴爽爽的星巴克也不會再跟你這全家買東西了。
At around 3:40 pm on March 30th, I told you that I wanted mellow milk tea and gave me black tea by mistake. I even said awkwardly: I just heard black tea! When I was black, I said that otherwise the card will be exchanged for you. Your clerk has a really good attitude. After I drink the expensive Starbucks next to me, I will not buy anything with your whole family again.
