蛋酥吃起來頗妙,但覺得吃過一次就好了
建議多點牛肉,至於冰箱裡的丸類和各項火鍋料就一般水準

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鍋底用了蝦米和扁魚當基底熬湯，附贈一點點豆腐、番茄。雪白菇是我們太快手倒下去，原本的湯底沒有雪白菇。特別一定要推薦的是要點招牌霜降牛肉角，在火鍋店很少見，燙熟後十分有肉的口感但不會咬不動，真的好好吃啊，後悔其他蔬菜拿太多，招牌霜降牛肉角應該來個兩盤才是。
