★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vegetable soup as base for beef noodle, a healthier choice, meats are tender and mainly focus on its original beef taste, not the usual simmered/marinated. Just not really my liking because I preferred heavier taste.

Soup taste is good, noodles are slightly hard. Portion size is enough for a lunch or dinner, and pricing is reasonable.
Not a bad place, worth visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite tasty beef noodles. The noodle portion is right for me. Don't feel stuffy. Its soup tastes fruity at the beginning and sweet at the end. The tofu is marinated with beefy tastes. VERY good. Beef is very tender with fruity aroma. Tendons are chewable outside and soft inside. This beef noodles restaurant is worthy of frequent visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you enjoy Taiwanese Beef Noodles (who doesn’t!) you’ll love this place. Very clean seating area, friendly and helpful staff, and most importantly, the food is excellent. Everything they serve is made thoughtfully and with care. The cucumber side dish was fresh and delicious, with a horse radish sauce to give it a bit of kick. The signature beef noodle had a broth that is full bodied and rich in beefiness. Noodles were cooked well with the QQ-ness that we seek with noodles. Good value considering the quality of the food. Another recommended place!
