Strange religion, a lot of pricey stuffs, but less mercy and holy

A very scenic and peaceful Buddhist temple. It has many historical artifacts as well as several very old and beautiful trees. I don't how, but it is possible to arrange a tour by one of the monks(?) there. It's only in Chinese. My wife's family handled that part. They also have a koi pond with HUGE fish! There's a vending machine to get fish food if you wan to feed them. They are accustomed to humans and you can drop food directly in their mouths! Nearby, there is a long suspension bridge where you can take nice photos. Overall, a terrific place to visit!

Got lots of sculpture and rocks, really nice garden

This is one of the most interesting temples I've visited. This place looks massive from all the things jam packed into the small space. There's a lot of things in the garden, and monuments as well. The most interesting part for me was the museum which was PACKED with small buddhas and a lot of random things. If you're in the area this is the most random temple, but it will keep you interested.

Didn’t know of this place. Nice area to walk around and check out the many statues. Place is very clean. Can feed the Koi fish. Walk across the suspension bridge and buy some star fruit or jujubes.

This place is a WOW. Let me share my experience. I came by here with my father in law and his friends to check the temple. What I found was astonishing. I cannot describe the level of detail displayed on everything you can see. I could have easily spent 3 days there just to grasp a tip of this place’s magnitude. It is beautiful. It is magical. It’s special. I wouldn’t get tired of coming back here over and over again. Plus today was a special day since Taiwan’s parrots lovers association was visiting too and they released their red and blue parrots in the open sky. Hence I was immersed in magic from the moment I arrived. It was an estrange feeling of being at “home”. If you’re thinking on wedding pictures, this place has a lot of gardens and environments that will look beautiful on any picture. I highly recommend to stay until closing since the sunset looks unbelievable on the top of the buildings’ roof. I also advice, if you’re not into local food, make sure you come right after lunch or with some snacks. They are pet friendly, so I could take my dogs nearly everywhere. They do have an area where dogs are not allowed. It’s a museum. Other than that, my family was happy, my dogs were happy, and I was happy. Protect yourself from mosquitoes. I recommend you use some sort of repellent. Bring your portable battery/power banks ready in case you run out of battery. This place is in a mountain, therefore phones consume more power while try to stay connected to the network. Needless to say, this is a sacred place, so please keep it clean, don’t touch or break anything, keep your dogs well trained, and take care of the place as it is yours.

A beautiful temple with huge rocks/ stone/ tree jade/ fossil/ Pinus parviflora and landscape cultivation. Temple sitting on the hill and with a bridge that can walk to the other side of valley. The amazing decoration more like Japanes style and zen.

The view is nice and the temple look peaceful ??
