It is the minced pork rice that people in Tainan love to eat. It is sweet and delicious, and has enough appetite. Ordered another bowl of seafood porridge, the ingredients were fresh and the taste was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's such a blessing that they open at 4am. By the time I arrived half an hour later they already have pumpkin, cauliflower, carrots, and other self-served dishes piping hot and ready. I also ordered their signature fish soup. There's no funny business - they give you the whole fish and it's in the soup plain as day. It's flavourful with the right amount of fat. I'd say it's boneless spare the two big ones at the fin. When I was there I could also see the fishing truck just parked in the front all dripping wet - it's likely that the seafood is locally sourced.
