Good concept of service, application of good service can go a bit overboard though which some people might find annoying. I had been to this chain a few times in Beijing, and the taste in Taiwan is pretty good. For a hotpot it is a bit pricey, and the wait to get in can be very long. They do offer services such as play area for kids and free ice cream and drinks while you wait.

Awesome experience here! Great service and great food. We can sit as long as we want because the restaurant is spacious. We enjoyed the chinese face changing performance too

Haidilao Hot Pot Banqiao provides excellent service and delicious dishes. They have the best seafood and the best beef. Also, the servers here are extremely friendly even when they are very busy. They truly try their best to make their customers feel like they are valued. I had an amazing experience here. My friend and I had dinner here late at night on a Saturday. They treated us with great respect and went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend this place to people who look for exceptional dining experiences. Absolutely loved it.

Impeccable service, great food, affordable price, nice window view of the city. Easy to order and special mention to one of the waiter 阿常 who rendered impossibly high levels of service and offered tips on ordering while at the same time keeping the cost down. Kudos to haidilao, the service team and 阿常!

The service of this hot pot restaurant is one of the best that I have seen so far in Taiwan. We were greeted a few steps before we even got to the door. Before we even got to the table they offered me a free manicure that I can get at anytime while we are eating. The waitress will find the best seats for you or you can request to sit anywhere you want. I asked if I come or sit by the window cause they have a beautiful view of the sunset. Their is a wide variety of foods and broths you can choose. There are many sauces you can mix, fruits ,Haagen Daz and biscuits that you can eat as well. I really love the superb service here as they will constantly clean up are area so it will be easier for you to move around. They will continue filling up you drinks and broth. They will also scoop up the bubbles from the broth. They also offer you aprons so you won’t get food all over your clothes. This store is also famous for the dolls that can accompany you while you eat. My boyfriend ask if we can be accompanied by the doll and they brought a cute minion you join us. So cute! The price of this hot pot store is rather expensive but if you want good service and good quality food, this is definitely the restaurant to check out. This store is located it’s Mega City by Banqiao station on the 5th floor. Their bathroom is located outside the restaurant. The atmosphere of this restaurant is very cheerful, homey and welcoming.

First time eating in Haidilao. Thankfully we don’t have to wait for seats. We were greeted by all of the servers once we got in. And they were really attentive and will cater to all of your needs. Your table will be assigned by a specific waiter throughout your meal. Before we start our meal, everyone gets a hot towel and she took our outerwear and put it in a storage space under the sofa to avoid getting stained by the food or even the smell. They also gave us bag covers and phone covers to avoid getting it stained as well. It feels like we’re in a business class flight! She did a really great job serving us. Afterwards she helped us order according to our needs and helped cook for us too. Near the end, I find it a tad bit annoying that they come to our table every single minute to take our plates away or ask if there’s anything we need. Although the service was really good, I do feel it’s not for everyone especially people who need privacy when they’re eating. Nevertheless their food and soup bases was amazing. They have really good desserts as well, I really recommended it. It’s better to come here with a crowd so you can share everything together. It’s one of my best experience in a hotpot restaurant. Will def come again next time :)

The service is extremely and unbelievably attentive and warm, but without reserving a table in advance, you have to have the patience to wait for two hours plus to get a table for your weekend dinner. The quality of food is quite nice and the taste of its spicy broth is also decent. Live performance is also entertaining.

My husband's birthday is coming so we decided to eat outside. Thankfully, we didn't wait too long to eat at haidilao restaurant. (Mostly, you need to wait really really long, without any resetvation) Staffs were so kind and asking us if we need anything else's while we were eating. We ordered a lot (around 2000ntd)and couldn't finish eating all by ourselves We asked the main staff that if we can take out the leftovers. He even gave us some more extra soup. We all were satisfied with the service, fresh food and clean environment, etc. We would definitely come back here again with our kids.
