卻要讓人等前一位要買手機的客人,
那位客人如果辦新機要選2小時,
那麼後面繳費的客人不就也要等兩小時??
別家的通訊行很有經驗的會主動詢問是否繳費或需要其他業務。
繳費優先,辦業務排隊。
除非本店的店員都正巧是實習生,
這就不奇怪了。

更新:此事發生於2020年12月17日,並不是於事發當天給的評價。
一開始跟門市人員解釋我的需求,只是要將預付卡儲值「計量型上網」。
門市小姐在key單的時候填錯,填成相同價錢的5天網路吃到飽(計日型)。小姐問我「應該沒關係吧?反正同價錢啊(^_^)」當下我急著要走,也沒有多想。
但到家後發現計日型是當天開始計算,撐不到我要到機場離台的那一天!!
發現的當下好聲好氣的打電話到貴門市,結果被小姐用斥責的語氣罵「單子打出來就沒辦法改了辣!」一開始明明是小姐填錯單,卻把錯誤全部推到消費者身上,完全沒有想解決問題。
經過遠傳客服投訴、門市協調都沒有效果(最後都轉到該小姐的電話,要我自己跟他協調),後來就當這幾百塊放水流了~真心不推薦
One star for the first time
Update: This incident occurred on December 17, 2020, and was not a review given on the day of the incident.
At the beginning, I explained my needs to the store staff, just to store the value of the prepaid card for "metered Internet access".
The store lady made a mistake in the key order, and filled in the 5-day Internet all-you-can-eat (day-based) at the same price. The lady asked me, "Is it okay? It's the same price anyway (^_^)" I was in a hurry to leave, so I didn't think much about it.
But when I got home, I found out that the day-counting type started on the same day, and I couldn't last until the day I left at the airport! !
When I found out, I called your store in a good voice, but was scolded by the lady in a scolding tone, "There is no way to change the spicy order!" At first, it was obvious that the lady filled in the wrong order, but all the mistakes were pushed to the consumer. There is absolutely no attempt to solve the problem.
After far-reaching customer service complaints and store coordination, it didn't work (in the end, they all transferred to the lady's phone and asked me to coordinate with him myself), and then it was regarded as a few hundred pieces of water. I really don't recommend it.
