★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這社區到底有多喜歡彈鋼琴阿?!平常飛機吵就算了，還要被鋼琴吵，隔音超差,氣密窗都沒用，飛機聲,鋼琴聲,小孩吵鬧聲,連狗叫聲都來插花,是不是人住的地方...然後管理員每天都狀況外，什麼事情都一問三不知，有次看迷片,聲音還開很大聲。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 媽媽教室公設(類似小會議室)，還要額外收費會不會太誇張，桌球、撞球室還禁止開冷氣，那繳管理費2000多到底繳去哪了，電梯兩台也只開放一台，那當初到底蓋2台幹麻，還要付錢保養有什麼毛病嗎？
