★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天10：10左右到訪，客人沒超過5人，我們操作五倍卷時，期間小小孩才4歲，聲音有大（因為出門很開心）也有拍打玻璃，店員口氣很凶的，弟弟你不要在打玻璃了！後來我先生因為他健保卡失效，向店員借擦布，她也直接說我們沒有擦布，不然你去別家操作。
我們小孩不對在先，您可以委婉的說，或小聲些嗎？
若你們不借擦布就算了！還趕客人，很好，既然你們不需要客人，那麼大家你們聽懂店員的意思吧！
I visited around 10:10 today. There were no more than 5 guests. When we operated the five-fold roll, the child was only 4 years old during this period. The voice was loud (because I was very happy to go out) and the glass was slapped. The clerk's tone was very fierce. It's breaking glass! Later, my husband borrowed a cloth from the clerk because his health insurance card was invalid. She also said directly that we did not have a cloth, or you would go to another place to operate it.
Our child is wrong first, can you say it euphemistically or quietly?
If you don't borrow a cloth, then forget it! Also rushing customers, very good, since you don't need customers, then you all understand the meaning of the clerk!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 於三重頂崁店消費咖啡，自備環保杯，當時戴眼鏡女店員幫我刷完條碼，便轉身做咖啡，也沒拿我的環保杯，於是我問：裡面有水，可以倒咖啡機前面的水槽嗎？店員回：不行喔，你要去倒外面！我心裡想，你們沒有水槽嗎？為何我還要去外面倒？這是怎樣？我從來沒有遇過一家全家是這樣態度的店員！於是我問，請問你為何不能幫我倒水槽？店員回：因為我覺得倒外面是最適合的。
這樣的態度真的很糟！很糟
