今日2/1雖然是過年但店面有開，不過今日電話預約點了9塊雞跟一些單點 說要等30至40分鐘後取餐，40分鐘後前往取餐時，又說炸雞品質不好(疑似忘記餐點未做)在店裡又等了20-30分鐘。雖事後補償了兩瓶可樂，但餐點拿到家時9塊雞又少了3塊....電話詢問又等了20分鐘才換來回覆說要送3塊來我家...這次沒補償有點失望，雖然是店裡的疏失但感覺有點不負責任的!!!

看到拿坡里炸雞桶特價，聽說不錯吃，上網菜單找不到，打0800電話詢問附近店也沒有，只得到最近的新生店訂。取貨時看到有4通炸雞桶，店內還有2、3位客人，我先到櫃檯結帳後，店員把其中一桶交給我，可見這促銷活動獲得不錯反應。回家打開炸雞桶，炸雞明顯小一號，有些失望，吃的時候覺得炸雞表皮油多了點，還有外帶回家路上，隱約聞到油耗味，整體感覺不是太優。

戰斧雞腿 皮酥脆肉多汁還不錯吃，不過有點過鹹，如清淡一點會給5顆星！

生日買一送一來初次品嚐，看到評價偏低有嚇到，實際品嚐後覺得應該評分不只這樣，酥炸棒腿一盒六隻$119、外酥內嫩，除了調味粉個人覺得略多以外，其他都很滿意，盒子有適量的洞，讓炸雞不容易變軟；店員服務也親切、值得回訪。

看到端午節優惠，戰斧雞腿桶 買5送5 (5腿5翅)，想說沒怎麼吃過拿坡里炸雞就決定跟朋友一起在週六時訂了2桶。 11點訂告知12點時店取，準時到了之後被告知我只有訂1桶，當場傻眼，現場再等一桶要40分鐘，店家也沒打算來點公關補償，整個無言。 跟朋友們吃完後，一致認為口味普通，而且端午節優惠送的雞翅小到不行，整體價格又較為昂貴，論口感還不如肯O和派O，還被朋友們損了一頓…。 【結論】 公關服務差，口味普通，價格較貴，整體CP值較低，很失望。
