★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃檯數量不多，人員可能對中華電信的每個方案不是很了解，面詢問需求的結果是櫃檯人員建議我上網去看，很可惜無法給予五星，工作人員對資費的講解不是很熟悉。
建議大家不能問櫃檯人員太難的問題，只要是簡單的繳費、合約到期查詢基本上都還應付得來。其餘的我建議到服務中心去會得到更多滿意的服務跟答案。

The staff was not very familiar with the explanation of the tariff.
It is recommended that you should not ask the counter staff too difficult questions, as long as the simple payment and contract expiration inquiries can basically be handled. For the rest, I suggest going to the service center to get more satisfactory services and answers.
