I did n’t renew my contract because it was out of stock. Then the male service wanted to recommend a co-branded card or something, I did n’t finish it! The service is very impolite

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 疫情期間大家辛苦可以理解！但炎熱高溫在店門外面等待1小時20分鐘真的太扯！建議女店員先留顧客電話或提供號碼牌也不願意，還是另一個男店員出來圓場留下客人電話。這樣的EQ和服務態度著實令人不敢苟同！
During the epidemic, everyone can understand the hard work! But waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes outside the store in the hot and high temperature is really ridiculous! It is recommended that the female clerk is unwilling to leave the customer's phone number or provide the number card, or another male clerk will come out and leave the customer's phone. This kind of EQ and service attitude is really disagreeable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 副店長超級專業的，店長人也很nice，副店長不會特別推薦你高資費的專案，只會替你量身打造自己希望的方案。
不會強迫推銷這點很讚，說要退租也不囉嗦立刻幫妳辦這點也很推。
總之是一個交通雖然不是那麼方便但是店員都很棒的店。（拜託來個捷運站好不好）
