一向不愛喝湯，但是我喝光光了。
肉質還可以。提供的酸菜很乾，第一次看到這麼乾。放入湯汁中一起吃，可以咀嚼很久，算是有點特別。

蠻喜歡牛肉麵的湯頭，有著傳統古早味，拉麵也Q彈好吃，唯一敗筆是牛肉蠻小塊的，且肉質欠佳，有些偏油，有些偏柴。

I really like the soup head of beef noodles, it has a traditional ancient taste, and the ramen is also delicious. The only fault is that the beef is quite small, and the meat quality is not good, some are oily, some are firewood.
