L	Link on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is, in my opinion, one of the top 3 ramen shops in Taipei and definitely the best chicken paitan ramen. Extremely well executed with a subtle complexity. Noodles are well cooked, the toppings are excellent, the shop is clean, and the service is friendly.

The noodles were particularly good compared to others in Taipei. Will go back for the chintan. I'd say it's my favorite bowl in Taipei aside from the 限定 - 五之神鮭魚卵煮干冷麵 @ 五之神製作所 Slight hiccup when staff exchanged my $1000 to 8 $100 bills for the ticketing machine. Apparently a mistake - I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

It got a bit heavy towards the end but overall a very nice combo. Love the purple onions and scallions which gave more layers to the taste. It’s best to arrive before they open as it takes at least 30 min and can go over an hour in queue if you don’t. You need everyone in the group to be present before you can line up also so keep that in mind!
P	Paul T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's no line to wait for lunch during pandemic self imposed lockdown. Takeout is the only option, and only one type of ramen is offered: the thick soup chicken ramen. This is my first time trying it, although eating in the restaurant would be ideal but the noodle still tasted great after 15 minutes of walking back to the office. The soup is thick, full of nice chicken flavor, I like it. Colleague watered it down a bit to be more tolerable but not me. It was really good, but I'll order it with more meat next time.
