★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日為遠傳電信誤扣易付卡内金額約600~700元，有煩請其寄明細(結果均不明簡訊扣款)，而遠傳客服只賠付最高權限N T?300元其餘自認倒霉，爾後叫我去找林口竹林直營門市(說是我使用手機有問題)，算幸運於門市碰到梁先生凱偉，細心為我查詢解决之途，經多種考量(為顧客立場，避免再花費)，把遠傳通訊卡換至另壹手機，試用壹個月觀察之。*再此感謝直營門市梁先生凱偉熱忱為顧客(我)服務暨解决問題。
