The skin is very thin, unlike some of the thick bottom, but the taste is very light, not salty, not very accustomed, but it is very suitable for my super-light old mother.

蛋餅不是軟嫩那種，冷後口感普通
黑糖饅頭微甜，有淡淡黑糖香味

The quiche is not soft and tender, it tastes ordinary after cold
