針對台北門市的櫃檯人員,給一顆星都嫌太多。內人為了買書,先打電話去台北門市確認有沒有書,還跟門市再三確認要哪一年哪一版哪一刷的書,門市回電後表示有書會幫內人留書,請內人可以去櫃檯領書,內人就很高興去門市買書了。結果一到門市櫃台,櫃台要拿書給內人時,就先把最後一頁的小張資料撕掉(可能是確定要買時撕下的標籤吧??),然後把書交給內人,請內人確認一下書,結果內人發現這不是電話講的那個年份出版的(門市給的書是五年前出的),內人客氣地請櫃檯可否再找找看有沒有最新那年出版的那本書,櫃檯人員連找都不願意去找,就說"內容都一樣,就出版年份不一樣啦~門市這邊沒有其他本書了",內人回答:"內容雖然都一樣,但是五年前的書就是比較舊啊,我要買的是去年出版的啊,我電話也有跟那位小姐講是要哪一年的書喔",門市小姐兩人就繼續一搭一唱說,"你如果堅持要買去年出版的那一本書,那就只好去桃園倉庫調貨,那你就要再跑一趟喔",因為內人急需用書,只好先買了,結帳時,發現櫃檯有標示在FB按讚,無論買多少錢都可以再減價20元,於是內人就表示要按讚,減價20元,門市櫃台小姐就說,"你的書已經有打折了,很便宜了,不能再減價了"。麻煩請五南圖書,如果不能減價就請不要在櫃檯擺出那張牌子或請特別附註哪些狀況不能再減價。不過還好內人當時沒按讚,不然就太對不起自己的良心了。事後內人還說,半年前去買書時,門市說教職員身分只能打85折(但內人有表示網路上寫是8折,可是當時櫃台就說只能打85折),結果這次去買書時,變成有8折(因為內人蠻堅持網路上看到是打8折),內人說兩次門市的櫃台人員,印象中都不是同樣的人,只能說台北門市櫃台人員的態度真的是其差無比。累積一次的怨氣自認倒楣就算了,兩次都遇到令人不悅的事。
