★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明明事前講好斡旋金額，錢也領了，全家到齊外加另聘律師到場，到現場店長卻嫌斡旋金額太低不悅，除非買家加價不然不跟屋主講。強逼舉動有違道德。要跟這家店往來的請自己小心。店長態度奇差無比且極度傲慢。
