★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在竹東跟新豐的遠傳門市續約手機都會贈送手機殼跟螢幕保護貼，只有這家沒有，跟店家反應後說要回報主管再致電給消費者，等了兩天也沒消沒息，都是遠傳但服務差很多，奉勸各位續約或新辦門號去別家遠傳辦，不要來這ㄧ家，這家只會跟你賣所謂的「合約內容」，其他別家會給的「優惠」跟「服務」，他們什麼都沒有，花ㄧ樣的錢，建議大家去好一點門市
In Zhudong and Xinfeng’s Yuan Chuan stores, they will give away mobile phone cases and screen protectors. Only this one does not. After responding to the store, they said that they would report to the supervisor and then call the consumers. After waiting for two days, it didn’t disappear. The information is all remote, but the service is much worse. I advise you to renew your contract or set up a new number to go to another remote office. Don’t come to this one. This one will only sell you the so-called "contract content". They will give "discounts" and "services". They don't have anything. They spend the same amount of money. I suggest you go to a better store.
