★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cable installation guy cut off our access to public TV (provided for free to all residents of our building) while installing our internet and the company completely refused to acknowledge that this was even a possibility. Unfortunately, we also got speeds much lower than what was quoted on our contract in addition to an oftentimes very unstable connection.
