過1個半小時都沒回覆。於是再度致電詢問，說3點半就送到了......可是朋友說還沒收到啊⋯⋯
我想知道的是.....
1.員工回應的速度、效率？
2.明明就還沒收到，還可以跟我說收到了？？！？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 司機不負責任，不願配合實名制入校，把收件人叫出校門說需要有人帶路，到門口後卻直接把大型貨件丟給我處理，當時已表明如果能扛得動或載運，難道還需要我特地把地址寫校內某單位？司機不但不理會還轉頭就走，可見其態度惡劣。
The driver was irresponsible and unwilling to enter the school with the real-name system. He called the recipient out of the school gate and said that someone needed to lead the way.
