★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自己的證件被妹妹偷拿去辦理手機，裡面的專員竟然沒聯絡我的情況下進行辦理，事後我妹繳不出來一直叫我繳，專員的處理態度也很敷衍，真的很扯，知道我妹妹有問題但遠傳專員方面完全不想負責，讓我覺得很糟糕！！
