愛?根本是內鬥俱樂部,股東經理這些人真的是吼,我也不說了,反正般若的人都很清楚!所以底下的人也是這樣! 都愛亂傳話扭曲是非, 自以為是。 新人到工廠上班就是有些愛亂講話,扭曲是非的人很愛問(躲在地下室那幾個和辦公室某些人),你是誰介紹來的?沒辦法啊!這裡的高高高高級人,很喜歡找親戚來插位置,怕得罪啊!要來這做要有心理準備,沒關係的不幹個2-3年別想升,除非每天加班一直爆做,有關係的隨便都升正職!超好混,就算出包也是沒關係的!(因為在慎重的評估下,這是誰的親戚所以就大事化無吧!) 還好有董事長和總經理在,所以這些人還能裝模作樣的在他們面前裝孫子,不敢太超過! 哇!好員工! 在他們背後,一個比一個大尾,哈哈哈,什麼事情都敢講! 做7s真的很好笑,如果內部問題不先處理掉,每個人都在推責任等看好戲,做到20s也是沒有用!

真是笑死人,老是吹噓自己在外面認識很多人人面很廣,遇到廠內學歷高的就說外面混不下去才會去般若,看不起比他高階的主管,自己知道所有配方配料,這就是總經理疼出的將才,表面上都會跟人要好,私底下一直捅對方,前一刻還有說有笑,人一走馬上就嘴臉跑出來,擁有話語權的人還真恐怖,很多也是假仁假義,用董事長理念來壓比自己年資低的員工,然後做出的事情都是背道而行。
