加熱食品有防燙包好詢問是否需要餐具，拿鐵泡不好（鮮奶見底），直接重泡，我有帶購物袋，店員主動詢問幫我裝好，這些感覺很好！
大家覺得這些是基本訓練，但要落實確實做好，不是每個全家都做得到。做得到這才是最重要的！
為何特別評論？因為我每天買的全家，輪到我拿鐵的鮮奶都見底，每天都問要咖啡杯套嗎？說要，還說很多人不需要，套上咖啡杯套後，還說小心燙喔！那為何知道燙還問，所要sop?泡咖啡前也沒消毒手。
Good service attitude
There is an anti-scalding bag for heating food. Ask if you need tableware. The latte is not soaked (the milk bottoms out), so I re-foam it directly. I have brought a shopping bag.
Everyone thinks that these are basic trainings, but they must be implemented and done well, not every family can do it. This is the most important thing!
Why make a special comment? Because the whole family I buy every day, the fresh milk of my latte has bottomed out. Every day I ask if I want a coffee cup holder? They said that they did not need it. After putting on the coffee cup cover, they said that they would be careful to burn it! Then why do you still ask if you know that it is hot, what do you want sop? I didn't disinfect my hands before making coffee.

明明我看到機台上顯示的就是一般拿鐵
（有一個按鍵是特濃拿鐵）
跟店員確認5次
還是堅持這杯就是特濃⋯
感覺真的不太舒服
（價格不同，我相信沒人會不在意吧⋯）
