但我們還是語氣"溫和"的回客服 不好意思, 你們沒人告知我們漲價或到貨,
況且當時也說自取價格不變...(都還沒講完).. 客服就搶話 (態度差)
她也不知道哪個人接洽的, 現在廠商就是漲價了
(我先生有點生氣) 回 我們沒想貪便宜 也沒議價,
你們漲價我們也還是要買 妳態度一定要那麼差?
連留的資料都弄丟, 我們要是真不爽也就不會去買了啦!

結語:實際去取貨, 店員態度還算親切, 所以給3顆星
但客服真的不需要這麼兇, 對彼此的觀感真的很不好,
