★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客人辦理的時間已經知道會很長時，不要只會說稍等，可以跟客人直接說大約多久後再來，而不是讓後面的客人們一直等；而且有其他店員可以支援就應該先叫出來（服務中心卻不以服務客人為優先叫什麼服務中心）
 When the customer’s processing time is known to be very long, don’t just say to wait. You can directly tell the customer how long to come back, instead of letting the subsequent customers wait; and if there are other clerk who can support, they should call out first. (The service center does not give priority to serving customers, what service center is called)
