 I don't understand what the attitude of security is. A person who wants to receive or not! I do n’t know how such a service was trained. I want to give negative stars if I can!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務的態度非常的差！行員相當的不友善！員工訓練不優，有史以來進出過最差勁的銀行，真的是永遠就拒絕來！如果有零顆心或負的我一定會打！?????
The attitude of the service is very poor! The staff is quite unfriendly! Staff training is not good, and the worst bank ever entered, has always refused to come! If there are zero hearts or negative, I will definitely fight! ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 詐騙集團等級的銀行 可以不經顧客同意、沒有先告知情況下更改客戶資料。帶新證件到銀行結清帳戶，還被要帶證明文件證明是本人。資料銀行自行更改，完全不尊重個資隱私權，只有他們行員才是人，別的時間都不是時間，在這間銀行開戶到底有什麼權利？有什麼個資隱私權？
Fraudulent syndicate-level banks can change customer details without the customer's consent and without prior notice. Bring new documents to the bank to settle the account, and are also required to bring supporting documents to prove that it is the person. Banks change the data on their own, completely disrespecting the privacy of personal information. Only their staff are human beings, and other times are not time. What rights do you have to open an account in this bank? What personal data privacy rights?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did you know that if you can't write or speak Chinese, you can't open an account with city bank? I sure didn't and was shocked to find that you can't open an account with an American bank in English.
