★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買房子或者租房子無非求個好環境跟好鄰居，但是這裡的鄰居超級難相處，尤其是A棟的人，個個都非常的針鋒相對，雖然環境跟交通方面都還不錯，但是鄰居之間的相處更勝這些條件，所以這邊的住戶流動率非常的快，主因就是因為鄰居之間的敵對，不是靠北靠母，就是嫌這個嫌那個故意找碴，所以考慮再三不要只有看表面

Although the environment and transportation are good, the neighbors have a good relationship. Getting along with these conditions is better, so the household turnover rate here is very fast. The main reason is because of the hostility between neighbors. It is not relying on the mother to the north, or the deliberate finding of ballast. So consider repeatedly not just looking at the surface.
