一次意外的搜尋?給我找到心心念念的酸種麵包 以往都要有事情去台北時才能去特定麵包店買到酸種麵包,中壢一直沒看過相關店家,結果地圖隨意翻找下突然發現了No.39 labo,一開始以為是什麼特別的實驗室,點進圖標發現居然有酸麵包!!!我不能形容我當時的興奮? (後來的確發現這是老闆與酵母之間的特殊實驗室無誤) 特別喜歡麵包內裏仍保有的濕潤度,一口咬下就是淡淡酸種味+恰到好處的嚼勁,追求食物口感的我覺得非常滿意~(非常追求QQ、嚼勁、粒粒分明等口感),不論搭配抹醬或炒蛋都非常適合(當晚直接UberEat叫了兩份牛奶炒蛋來配,快樂似神仙) 酸奶布里歐也非常好吃?軟嫩口感香氣十足,而且藍莓口味的料滿滿!真材實料老闆佛心來著 就算沒有冰箱也可以擺三四天(雖然我擺不到那麼久,大概兩天內一定吃光光,酸麵包則是當天吃光光),最讚的是腸胃不錯的話吃掉一整個酸麵包也不會脹氣!這就是品質良好的酵母!反而能增加腸道好菌~ 謝謝老闆研發了很有自己特色、非常優秀的酸種麵包,讓我有這個口福騎車15分鐘內就能享用到這美味,有時候還分享自家種的水果、還曾經給我bonus加大布里歐嗚嗚嗚?我永遠支持老闆的酸麵包~~~~
