★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We managed to book for lunch for 5. The ambiance is great. One can expect a typical Japanese sushi restaurant and greeted by friendly staffs. Food is top notch, fresh and nicely presented.
The only slight complain for me is the soy sauce the chef brush on the sushi, it has a slight sourry and spicy taste to it. Hence, the 4 star rating.
The sea urchin, the yellow tail, the fatty tuna were all so fresh there is no hint of fishy smell. More like oven water freshness taste.
Highly recommended to people who enjoys great sushi. We are from overseas and the booking is not as easy. Hopefully they will have electronic booking with online deposit facility.

Lunch set starts from 2000NTD, while dinner starts from 5000 NTD. Have to book the seat in advance, because there's only 13 seats.
Definitely a recommended place to eat omakase sushi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well executed sushi. Rice was well seasoned, a selection of rice either seasoned with white or red vinegar depending on the fish.
Seafood was really well marinated, aged and fresh according to each type of fish.service was attentive and knowledgeable.
Had limited seatings so do make a reservation.
Credit cards and reservations accepted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Japanese sushi with freshest fish. Great atmosphere to dine with only 12 seats at the bar. Chef Nomura is friendly and highly skilled sushi chef aimed to provide the highest quality of food. One the better sushi place in taipei if not the best. I highly recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well deserved Michelin-starred restaurant. Dinner is omakase, price ranging from $5000-$10000. Using most of the imported but fresh Japanese ingredients, edomae nigiri sushi are very authentic. Chef Nomura is truly a pro, and now speaking much better mandarin:). Most of the items are great for the night, only dessert was below average.
