位於安樂市場 85度C旁 （距離車站步行約10分）
優點 ：
1.不同於以往的甜不辣，這家的手工天婦羅又肥大又好吃，可以說是基隆名產。
2.魷魚、鹹酥雞、豬血糕、沙爹表現也不錯。
缺點：
1.如果有經歷過老夫婦時代，目前少了九層塔香氣還有大蒜，儘管風味仍然不俗，但就是少了點什麼。
2.排隊時間過久。 （由以往的排隊20分鐘起跳，到了現在人潮已經到了需要2小時以上，你沒聽錯就是2小時。）

美好的東西，值得等待。基隆人私心在地推薦。
