★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好吃好吃,從頭到尾都是我喜歡的組合,肉是我喜歡的牛腱,紅燒湯頭不辣很溫和有淡淡的中藥味,還給滿滿的兩大塊紅白蘿蔔,私心是覺得蘿蔔給各一塊就好了,另外在放幾片葉菜感覺會更豐富?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紅燒牛肉麵,湯頭意外的是滿清爽的類型然後帶有甜味,麵條也很有口感,但牛肉稍嫌柴,有點難咬,整體算還行,店內也蠻乾淨的。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紅燒牛肉麵只有些微的豆瓣醬的辣味,對於不吃辣的我來說也可以接受。牛肉筋多但不難咬,白蘿蔔和紅蘿蔔都燉很軟爛,麵體Q有口感,整體來說中規中矩的一碗牛肉麵。

店內席次大約24席,有4桌4人桌,4桌兩人桌,環境不擁擠,簡約,從點餐到送餐不到5分鐘,用餐時段在平日12:45分稍離峰時段。
今天點了紅燒牛肉麵,湯頭有種微辣感,但那種辣是吃完後,殘留在嘴角微微的辣感,但別擔心,不是真的辣!
一碗紅燒牛肉麵,有4塊比較偏瘦的牛肉,好吃不硬,燉的白蘿蔔及紅蘿蔔都很入味,湯頭十分順口,湯頭上的蔥花,也是讓湯整個味道提升,因為自己很愛蔥花!
價格 140元! 自己覺得十分不錯! 有機會會再訪!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很家常的好味道,就是那種如果「想不到吃什麼,最後就會乾脆吃他」的常態選項,默默陪你認真生活的那種日常牛肉麵。
我是外帶回家吃,但等的時候可以感覺到店內用餐環境蠻舒適,工作人員也都很親切友善,然後外帶也包得很妥當,還很貼心地在提把上加一段可以掛機車的繩。
這次點了:
※麻辣牛肉麵--辣度大約是你中午吃完,下午腸胃還是可以安然讓你繼續上班的微辣到小辣之間。
湯頭很夠味,我最後把整碗都喝掉了,肉也很大塊~~如照片那樣的大小有4塊+紅白蘿蔔各兩大塊,吃起來很滿足。
※燙青菜--拌了豬油和應該是特製的醬油,很好吃~~~不是那種小吃店隨便淋肉燥的燙青菜!份量也不少。
※滷味們--我有個奇怪的堅持,就是吃牛肉麵小菜必點海帶,因此吃過很多失敗的海帶-軟爛得令人害怕,他們家的海帶不會!是好吃的硬度!海帶控朋友們可以放心點!
豆干、豆皮也都好吃~尤其豆皮以後吃都會點,然後結帳時小姐還說有滿額,所以有多送一份牛筋,Q度也很不錯。
其他還買了麻醬麵&紅燒牛肉麵給爸媽吃,但他們實在是講不出能夠參考的評論,不過整體聽起來是滿意的就是了。
一個人吃的話,我覺得原本的麵量就很夠了(加上留給小菜的空間),供大家參考。

餐具是用有質感的瓷碗,以及高品質的筷子,看起來很乾淨,用起來也安心。
再來乾麵一碗雖然55元,但是麵體Q彈,口味好吃?,而且份量足夠。
豬油拌麵和麻辣乾麵的配菜不一樣,就能感受到用心,尤其是麻辣乾麵的小黃瓜的清爽,襯托花椒的舌尖微麻,與撲鼻香氣,真的很搭。
紅燒牛肉湯,4-5大塊的牛肉,入味軟嫩,還有慢慢的紅蘿蔔及白蘿蔔,大塊但是入味,湯頭就中規中矩,好吃!
小菜牛筋Q滑,入口就感受到膠質,推薦!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這裡不是會讓人吃下去彷彿升天,需要大老遠特地前來朝聖的店家,它是一間如果開在自己家附近,每當考慮去哪吃飯時,就會浮現在你腦中的前幾名選項。
麻辣牛肉麵 - 肉量給得大方,肉塊有咬勁和肉感也比較有肉味。附菜是紅白蘿蔔各兩塊,白蘿蔔燉得很透,沒有苦澀味,而紅蘿蔔內部仍能吃到紅蘿蔔的香甜。麵硬度中等偏軟,湯頭為濃郁類型,所以味道會吸附在麵上,不會好像麵是麵湯是湯,很有一體感。辣味來源是上面的辣醬,辣度或許可以請店家調整,基本的辣度對我來說介於小辣到中辣之間,有花椒香氣,但是沒麻感。單喝湯我個人覺得偏鹹一點。
麻醬乾拌麵 - 一上桌麻醬顏色看起來感覺很濃稠,但拌完後會變成像是吃涼麵時加的那種顏色比較淺也比較水的麻醬,配菜的小黃瓜絲給得不少,調味不算重有點甜味,麻醬和小黃瓜在口中的味道大概是一半一半,吃起來蠻清爽的。
滷味 - 點了牛筋、豆皮、花生、大豆干和米血,我覺得最優的是大豆干,多汁不乾澀,味道也已滷進內部,好吃!牛筋較軟滿是膠質,但和豆皮花生都是一般常吃到的口味,中規中矩。米血光看外型是我最期待的,外層的米很少有店家會滷到吸滿湯汁爆開,稠稠的樣子,但吃下去卻是我唯一覺得NG的,咬開有個冷凍味,米血不推。
