The office staff (maybe the ban mother?) had a bad attitude and were not mentally prepared to be assaulted for no reason. Don't go to the scene rashly. However, I believe that the person may have the problem of job burnout, because not only is he rude to customers, but he is also rude to other colleagues in the same way.
