★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know, for 135NT this is a bargain. The soup is light, but the meat and noodles are great, and you get a good amount as standard. I asked for slightly harder (硬一點) noodles, so they match my taste, and they're good quality. Superb value for money, I'll be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First things first: their homemade garlic purée is a must. After tasting the flavor of the broth, add at least 2 spoons and it’s going to be the best experience. Their ramen is very springy and it has a strong eggy flavor. Their pork has a distinctive fragrance of torched smokiness, way stronger than most ramen bars, which is a plus. The garnish is okay but not mind blowing. The staff is accommodating and patient. The queue seems long but the wait is actually not that long. Finally, the price is quite agreeable. Glad that we are having more decent ramen restaurant in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great experience for eating this local ramen store. There are only 7 seats, thus need to line for a half hour in average. The pork is literally fired. They use fire spray gun to add flavor to protein and it tastes amazingly good. The soup is just sweet enough, not too salty for non Japanese people. Definitely worth waiting and cool experience to enjoy the meal.
Would suggest to take MRT to there and walk to the place, enjoy the environment around in the meantime. Though might sounds not realistic, the service is even good in this small, 7-seated, place. Rarely find these local but special restaurant.

1 star left - craving for thicker broth next time :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the COVID-19 lock down, only took out service for my first taste. Cause aged noodles couldn’t cool down after cooking, the first try didn’t taste good enough.
Will visit there and re-score again when lock down is over.
