粒粒分明不黏在一起
配菜雖然選擇少
但都好吃，調味剛好、蔬菜保留脆度
比起一般便當店白飯黏呼呼菜炒到軟爛
重要的是環境乾淨整潔
油鍋完全沒殘留油垢
桌面清潔也很頻繁
無懈可擊
