幾乎不會在google上留負評,今天也是因為親友推薦才來訪。 但是一進門店家招呼的方式便讓人覺得不太舒服,當時店內有兩位客人,我認為可能因為他們人手不足,沒辦法即時招呼,所以我也沒有多想就在一邊等他們。 後來一位美髮師見到我便直接問:你要幹嘛? 我還是客氣的跟他說我要剪髮。 他又追問:只要剪髮嗎? 我回答:對。 他要我隨便找一個位子先坐,便繼續忙手邊的事。大約20分鐘後有一位人員過來,也沒問我想要怎麼樣的髮型,便打算動刀開始剪,後來我即時拿出想要的髮型照片,她才勉強看了一眼。 剪髮的過程非常不專心,只顧著和身邊的熟客聊天,連瀏海分線不平整都要我自己動手調整。 完成後她也非常不耐煩,完全沒在顧顧客的情緒,一直說因為我的頭髮剛剛綁起來,剪完本來就會比較亂,等有失專業的答覆。似乎因為我只是剪髮,而不是燙髮、染髮,態度便有差。 但老實說今天我帶了3千塊就是為了要改變造型,也並非沒有染燙髮的意願,只是覺得這樣的態度很難讓人想要消費。 觀察身邊的顧客,似乎這間店的確累積不少好口碑,但是工作態度真的需要加加油。也許因為過年期間要上班心有不滿,但是拜託請對所有顧客一視同仁,今天我並非想刁難,只是得到的感受的確很差。 以上。
