客客氣氣打電話過去詢問公務人員能不能預約第三劑的疫苗,那個態度像是我上輩子誅他九族一樣,沒什麼專業的櫃檯大嬸接電話在囂張什麼。 一間診所醫生在好,櫃檯大媽一副家裡死人ㄧ樣的工作態度,那貴診所可以收一收不要佔店面空間了,開7-11更有實用性。

態度差,前幾天去幫家人視訊看診,現場有人無理取鬧,要求要立刻看診,就讓他插隊看診,把現場其他乖乖照號碼候診的病患權益放哪裡? 是不是大家都無理取鬧就可以不用照號碼看診了? 結果今天打給1922問什麼時候解隔盡然得到沒有通報資料的回覆 打給診所電話又難打進去,好不容易接通了,詢問後還要我們晚上8:00後再打,請不要因為你們自己的過失造成別人的不方便,態度一如既往的差,好好講話很難嗎?

護理人員態度差,今天算見識到了,事先已經來電詢問視訊看診預約需準備資料,及確認是否能使用拍照方式減少「手寫切結書」的曝處,不曉得聽不懂還是不想了解及一副不耐煩的態度「一直說我聽不懂,反正就是要那些東西就是了」,結果人還是多跑好幾趟,同樣身為護理人員,了解疫情蔓延超載的工作loading,禮貌及同理心是基本吧!建議加強員工禮儀訓練。

打疫苗的18:40發號碼牌,17點多來排隊等了快一個小時,結果只有20劑。隔天早上9點去亞東隨到隨打,排隊進去到打完15分鐘結束。附上亞東施打時間
