The founder is a touching foreign lady, Sun Lilian, who got up early to raise money to set up a hospital and pay salary to Dr. Wang Jinhe (known as the father of black foot disease). I have devoted my life to Taiwan for more than 50 years. I have done many good deeds silently, not for fame and fortune.
