★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 社區環境優雅，社區道路寬大，綠色植物比率高，類似美國的社區一樣，警衛仔細，管理中心嚴格，所以社區應該治安良好才對。但是因為是老舊社區了，故別墅型房屋均無電梯，所以人老之後不方便，有不少從新整建，但也因此社區的一貫性減少了，老舊的老舊，新的也與舊的差很多，形式與外觀顏色都不同。

Similar to the American community, the guards are careful and the management center is strict, so the community should be in good order. However, because it is an old community, there are no elevators in the villa-type houses, so it is inconvenient for people to grow old. Many of them are renovated. Sunshine Mountain Forest Community is a gated community, and only provide community residents to enter. If visitors need to change securities, it will not provide access to Laozhuang Road (to go to Laozhuang Road and Longtan will take a detour)
