進到門市是一位年輕的女服務員接待，她只問家中廚具是ㄧ字型還是L型，我們告訴她ㄧ字型與長度她說店裡有一組黃色廚具符合家中大小。我們問可以介紹一下三機產品的規格與差異，她說她們只負責則整體規劃不單賣，讓我們很無言....
最後問她沒有別的一字型廚具能介紹，她表示沒有，我們無言的離開.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一位短髮女性服務態度極差，一問三不知，問功能只說恆溫熱水器其他一律不說，問到比較舊款馬上說：舊款我不熟。（再度句點，也沒表示要在介紹其他款式）我們也可以聽....新款啊...雖然櫻花沒有展示門市可以看，也只是經銷商，但這樣的態度實在會讓人對櫻花以及對這個門市大大打折扣，這個品牌賣之前就這個態度，售後服務實在不敢想像。p.s連一顆星我都不想給。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本在這裡訂了抽油煙機和瓦斯爐，原本想訂的型號缺貨而選了另外一款抽油煙機，在約定的日子前一天才來電表示兩樣商品都沒有貨，因此又重新約了一天，然後安裝前兩天表示只有其中一樣商品到貨，和經理表示不裝了，會找時間去退費的隔天來電說商品都到貨了，可以在約定的日子約時間安裝，當日中午來電說沒辦法來裝⋯⋯這家店從上到下不是管理有問題，就是仗著自己是大廠就可以囂張！把客戶當白癡在耍，讓人極度不滿的服務品質！不建議大家在這裡尋求自己需要的廚具！
