★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天六月二十五號第一次到那裡吃午餐，點了牛雜湯一碗和一盤涼拌牛筋。一般來說在其它家都會吃到兩碗飯，但昨天那個牛筋讓在下吃了第三碗哈哈，剛好合在下的口味。因潮州這兒做牛肉料理的很多，因時段不同，吃料理的人潮也不同，各有各的特色味道，有空不彷可以去品嚐一番

Generally speaking, you will eat two bowls of rice in other homes, but yesterday the beef tendon let you eat the third bowl of haha, which just fits your taste. Because there are a lot of beef dishes in Chaozhou, there are different people who eat dishes due to different time periods, each has its own unique taste, and you can taste it if you have time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛雜湯湯頭濃郁、整碗滿滿的牛雜，可惜腸子洗過頭有點軟爛。沙茶牛肉炒飯過鹹，完全吃不出牛肉的風味，份量以一個成年男子的食量來說是吃不飽的。反而炒青菜火候掌握剛好，是我今晚最滿意的一道，整體來說以潮州週圍的物價來比，價格稍高，是否值得就看你怎麼想了。
The beef offal soup is rich in soup and the whole bowl is full of offal. Unfortunately, the intestines are a bit soft after washing. The Shacha Beef Fried Rice is too salty and can't taste the flavor of beef at all. The serving size is not enough for an adult man's appetite. Instead, stir-fried vegetables is just right. It is my most satisfying dish tonight. Overall, compared with the prices around Chaozhou, the price is slightly higher. Whether it is worth it depends on what you think.
