★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 詢問續約問題,回答的資訊完全不對,一直說不續約會有高月租費帳單,可是也說不清楚到底詳細流量會變成怎樣,希望中華電信能多請素質好一些的員工
I asked about the renewal question, and the information I answered was completely wrong. I kept saying that there was a high monthly rent bill for not renewing the appointment, but I didn’t know exactly what the detailed traffic would be like. I hope Chunghwa Telecom can hire more qualified employees.

我說我手機浸水,要服務人員看一下 手機裡面有沒有授損或其他問題。儘然直接無視我的問題就不回答也不試試看和檢查看看能不能處理(在那之前還有問其他問題是有回答,除了這個問題)??
手機是在你這裡買的為什麼不能修修看?
服務人員是這樣訓練的?
我還真是第一次遇到這種問題^^
還一直把我擋在門口?
不會服務客戶就不要做服務人員
不懂就不要假裝自己很會?
說手機浸水要看一下機體有沒有授損
結果直接無視我的問題...呵呵^^
想都不用想也不會問其他的同事
就直接讓我站在門口?真的爛??

Don't be a service staff if you can't serve customers
If you don't understand, don't pretend that you are good at it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.去年到旗山中華電信門市洽詢網頁設計相關問題,在大門口有位年輕男服務員先訊問我來意,我表明後,居然回說我中華電信沒有網頁設計服務。我半信半疑,仍然抽號碼牌等侯,順手滑滑手機查詢,發現中華電信網頁設計服務,一切規定說明在中華電信網頁寫得一清二楚。
2.日前手機收不到信號,以為是我手機壞了。跑到門市洽詢,同樣是大門口的另一位年輕男服務員,我表示關機再開機2次仍然無訊號,這位天兵服務員居然說要按「重新開機」不可以「關機 再開機」。雖然是半信半疑,但手機有訊號就高興回家,一回家又沒訊號,原來是附近基地台的問題。
忍不住要對旗山中華電信服員的專業給一個星。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 推銷的時候客服態度很好,後續聯絡安裝的人員態度很差,沒欠你們,從沒給過一顆星,恭喜你們是第一個。
今天又來了一次,態度一樣很差,講話可以不用這麼酸,沒人要24小時待命接你們的電話欸,連一顆星都不想給
When selling, the customer service attitude was very good, and the follow-up contact and installation personnel had a very poor attitude. I didn't owe you, never gave a star, congratulations to you for being the first.
I came here again today, and the attitude was the same. You don't need to be so sour. No one is on standby 24 hours a day to answer your calls. I don't even want to give a star.
