★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真是超誇張的。4/16 訂10 吋蛋糕準備在餐廳提前慶祝母親節。說好了下午1點半送達餐廳，結果遲遲未來，我跟我太太以手機聯絡多次（ 不曉得花了多少電話費），店裡小姐均說在路上，蛋糕店與餐廳距離不過1公里餘，電話千催萬催，終於2點多送達。慶祝母親節活動，2桌人光等蛋糕等了40分鐘，餐廳也要休息了，大家已無興緻，只有快快吞蛋糕草草結束。花了錢又受氣，蛋糕店至今也沒誠意道歉，好像是應該的...。服務業就是以客為尊，這樣的態度對待客人，真不曉得該烘焙屋還可維持多久？

It was agreed that it would be delivered to the restaurant at 1:30 in the afternoon, but it was too late. My wife and I contacted many times by mobile phone (I don’t know how much the phone bills cost). Yu, after a lot of phone calls, it was finally delivered at 2 o'clock. Celebrating Mother's Day, 2 tables of people waited for the cake for 40 minutes, and the restaurant was about to take a break. Everyone was no longer in the mood, and it was over by quickly swallowing the cake. After spending money and getting angry, the cake shop has not sincerely apologized, as if it should be... The service industry is customer-oriented. With such an attitude towards customers, I really don’t know how long this bakery can last?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前超愛吃楓采蛋糕的，每次都訂10吋的，尤其是黑森林，覺得料還蠻豐富的；但是數月前10吋蛋糕一次就調漲100元，但是價格調漲就算了，連料都縮水、有其是表鮮奶油部份，以前還有“厚度”，現在只有超薄的一層，僅蓋住蛋糕體而已，口感上讓人覺得很失望……
而且在疫情之後，很多麵包店都會先裝袋、比較衛生，他們的麵包都還是“赤裸裸的”開放給客人夾取，讓我都沒有想買的念頭
