2021.11.14 當日下午五點多抽號碼牌,現場誇張的等了快一個小時,原本想說回家後想給個負評,但輪到我經辦手機續約的過程,我徹底理解了⋯經辦的陳先生從接待詢問、續約內容的講解、貼心主動的建議最佳資費方案並且協助新舊手機轉移⋯一條龍的服務,真的很花時間,即便如此,過程中他們還是受到其他客戶的抱怨⋯,但陳先生仍然維持熱忱,耐心的跟我們講解⋯ 但,現場服務人員不足的情況,仍然需要店家重視與改善,畢竟當天過程兩位服務人員撐場好幾個小時,連晚餐都沒法吃、馬不停蹄的服務無止盡的客戶,真的很可憐? 我給上5顆星,是為了鼓勵與謝謝當天辛苦的兩位服務人員!

It really takes time. Even so, they still receive other services in the process. Customers’ complaints... But Mr. Chen remained enthusiastic and patiently explained to us... However, the shortage of on-site service staff still needs the store’s attention and improvement. After all, the two service staff stayed on the market for several hours during the day, and the customers who could not even eat dinner and served endlessly without stopping are really pitiful ? I gave 5 stars to encourage and thank the two service staff who worked hard that day!

四個櫃檯,等了半小時,只有兩個人服務,然後只有一個客人,完完全全不知道在幹嘛,到底為什麼要那麼久。 人力不足的話拜託老闆別那麼摳門,下班時段,人就是很多,請滿四個櫃檯很難嗎?沒辦法的話你櫃檯設好看的嗎
