第一代-阿婆: 小時候一起床家人就會帶我到阿婆做的素食麵吃,依稀記得我最愛吃的是乾麵、湯麵還有素貢丸;而且我最愛的就是他們的豆腐,因為豆腐很新鮮、很軟嫩,用筷子夾豆腐會裂掉所以都用湯匙吃,而且阿婆準備的豆腐一定要用她特製的醬料來配,真的很好吃。 另外他們辣椒醬是甜帶一點辣,所以小時候我吃湯麵時會把辣椒醬加的湯都紅紅的。 第二代、第三代: 幾年前,阿婆沒有在經營了,改由第二代、第三代來做,而這也是我今天上來評論的原因,內容如下: 1.湯麵: 以前阿婆做的湯麵瓜仔的味道很濃郁、很獨特,沒有像外面都是用香菇下去配料,但自從二、三代經營後,那個味道變薄了,真的回不去到以前的味道了。 2.豆腐: 以前豆腐很新鮮、很軟嫩,但現在變的很硬,而我跟他們說,他們的回答都是廠商做的味道就是這樣,但問題來了,我之前也去製作豆腐的店面買過,但他們的豆腐為什麼吃起來和第一代阿婆在賣時一樣很新鮮、很軟嫩?
